Pulled beef from Belgian Blue beef, cooked for 12 hours in Leffe Bruin and rested for 24, with a touch of Callebaut 811 chocolate. Familiar, and yet surprising.
Vacuum packed and frozen. Heat in hot water or the microwave, ready in minutes. Great in a brioche bun, bao, wrap, bowl or on the plate.

Beef (75%), onion, dark beer (5%) (water, BARLEY MALT, hops, yeast), sunflower oil, mustard (water, MUSTARD SEED, vinegar, salt), brown sugar, dark chocolate [cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins (SOY), natural vanilla flavouring], modified starch, salt, pepper, thickener: E412, thyme, bay leaf, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
